How many doctors can use Diagnocat in one clinic?
There are no limitations on the number of clinic members who can access Diagnocat. You can invite colleagues by sending them an invitation. Upon receiving the notification, doctors can register and log in to the shared account using their personal credentials.
Can multiple people use Diagnocat simultaneously?
Yes. The software is cloud-based, which means that the clinic’s entire team can use it simultaneously.
Can I include my clinic's contact information in the final reports?
Yes, Diagnocat’s reports are highly customizable; you can include your clinic’s logo, contact details, signature, and seal in your reports. To do so: 1. Log in to your personal Diagnocat account. 2. Go to the “Settings” in the right upper corner of the page and select the “Organization” tab. 3. Fill in your clinic’s information. 4. Click on “Save Changes”.
How do I add doctors to the clinical account?
1. First, log in to your personal Diagnocat account. 2. Go to the “Settings” in the right upper corner of the page and select the “Staff” tab. 3. Enter the email address of the doctor you want to invite and click on the “Send invitation” button. 4. The doctor will receive the invitation to their email address and will be able to join your account by registering and logging into Diagnocat.
Where can I find the chat support feature?
The purple bubble is located on the bottom right side of the screen. You can send a message or attach images to request help from the support team. Our platform may be backed by cutting-edge AI, but rest assured, when you reach out for support, real people will be there to respond. You can expect a response within about 15 minutes.
How do I change the display language?
Click on your username located at the top right corner and you will see that Language is the second option.
What are Diagnocat's recommended system and internet speed requirements?
1. An internet connection with a speed of 50 Mb/s. 2. The latest version of Google Chrome. 3. A device with Windows or Mac OS. 4. We recommend a device with a screen of at least 10 inches, a resolution of at least 1024×768 pixels, and with enough memory and processing power to render 3D images.
Do you recommend using Diagnocat with a specific internet browser?
Yes. We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome.
How do you create a desktop shortcut for Diagnocat?
In the upper right corner of Google Chrome, click on the “More” icon, then “More Tools”, and “Create shortcut.”
How do I upload CBCT, Panoramic and Intraoral X-ray images?
1. Log in to your personal account. 2. Create a new patient card or select an existing one from the list. 3. Go to the section with the desired type of study: CBCT, Panoramic X-ray, Intraoral X-ray, STL, Dental photo* and Documents*. Click on the “Upload Study” button and select the file. 4. Upload the image file in .dcm, .jpg, .png, .tiff or ZIP format. You can drag the study into the download window or click on the “Select File” button. 5. Wait for Diagnocat to process your study. Uploading speed depends on your internet connection. 6. After the study is uploaded, you will be able to generate AI reports. *Relevant only for Diagnocat “Collaboration tool” users
Is it possible to upload a scan from a spiral tomograph (MSCT)?
Multi-Slice Spiral Computed Tomography in *.dcm format of maxillofacial region can be uploaded to Diagnocat. However, please note that the AI is trained on CBCT and it is not recommended to interpret the results of an MSCT analysis.
Can I upload CBCT and X-ray images archived in *.zip?
Diagnocat supports uploading files archived in *.zip. Though, the archived medical images must be formatted in either .dcm, .jpg, .png, or .tiff.
What should I do if an image takes longer than usual to upload?
The upload speed will generally depend on your internet connection. If you notice that files are taking a long time to load, try the following steps: Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable and fast. Ensure that you uploaded the correct image format that complies with Diagnocat’s requirements. Restart the application or refresh the page in the browser. If the problem persists, please contact customer support using our chat feature.
What should I do if Diagnocat is not working as intended?
Please try the following steps: 1. Check your internet connection to make sure it is stable. 2. Ensure that the device meets our minimum requirements. 3. Verify that the CBCT or radiograph image formats meet our requirements. 4. Restart the application or refresh the page in your browser. How do I change my account's password?
1. Select “Reset Password” on the Diagnocat login page 2. Enter the email address associated with your account in the prompted window. 3.Check your inbox for a link allowing you to change your password.
I cannot download the PDF report (“Download PDF” does not work).
Generating a report to print or download takes an average of 20-40 seconds. If nothing happens after this time, please try the following steps: 1. Press Ctrl + P (Cmd+P for Mac users) In the prompted window, select “Printer” and “Save as PDF” 2. If the problem persists, please contact customer support using our chat feature.
My study failed to load properly.
There are several reasons why an image may not load. Here are some of the most common: 1. Your file does not match the format supported by Diagnocat. Required formats for CT: .dcm/dicom. For FMX and Pano: .png, .jpeg, .tiff 2. Check the Internet speed using speedtest.net. We recommend a speed of at least 30 Mb/s.
The image was uploaded, but the report was not generated.
Most likely, the image either did not load or the image format is different from the Dicom. Verify the format of the image you are uploading and please try again.
An error occurs when I open the Diagnocat webpage.
1. Make sure you are using Google Chrome, Yandex, or Firefox. 2. Reload the page by pressing Ctrl+R in Windows or Cmd+R on Mac.
Does the Desktop App need to always be running?
Yes. The Diagnocat Desktop App needs to be running at all times to enable the automatic upload of files from your imaging software into Diagnocat.
Can the AI detect neoplasms?
Diagnocat conducts screenings of the maxillary sinuses, upper, and lower jaws for signs of inflammatory processes and neoplasms. Any abnormalities are then identified and highlighted. This feature aims to direct the doctor’s attention but it serves only as a recommendation, as radiological methods alone cannot definitively screen these formations. Specialist consultation and further examinations are necessary for an accurate diagnosis.
What should I do if I detect a pathology that the AI overlooked?
Diagnocat detects more than 65 dental conditions on CBCT scans and more than 25 on Panoramic and Intraoral radiographs with high accuracy. However, there might be occasions where a correction in diagnosis is necessary. This can occur due to factors like low image resolution, motion artifacts, metal interference, or when the condition is not figured on the detectable findings list. Feel free to modify the report by adding or removing radiologic conditions; your feedback in resolving these diagnostic errors is an asset in the continuous improvement of our AI.
How to do segmentation with CT?
1. Open the patient card, and select the “CBCT” tab
2. Select the CT that you wish to segment.
3. Then click on the “Order report” button on the bottom right of the page.
