If I select a plan that includes 10 CBCT reports per month, but I only use 7, what will happen to the unused reports?
Reports that remain unused cannot be transferred from one subscription to the next. We recommend thoughtful consideration of your chosen subscription plan or opting for an annual plan to evenly distribute reports across months.
For how long are the reports kept stored?
Diagnocat offers HIPAA and PIPEDA-compliant cloud storage for medical data. The storage duration of medical data complies with the legislation of the country where the service is purchased and used.
How do I renew my subscription?
Upon the conclusion of the current subscription, the next one is automatically renewed. You can always change your subscription plan in the pricing section of your personal account.
How do I cancel or suspend my current subscription?
You can make a cancellation request in the account’s pricing section by clicking on “Cancel”. You can always contact the support team via the purple chat bubble for more information. You need to upload a CBCT to the patient’s folder, click on “Order Report” , and select “STL” from the list. To export the segmentation results, click on the ellipsis to the right of the report and select the “download” option.
How do I order and download a superimposed CBCT and Intraoral scan model?
Superimposition (combining STL segmentation based on CBCT with Intraoral scan data) can be ordered by connecting the corresponding module to your primary Diagnocat subscription. First, you need to upload the CBCT study in the “CBCT” category and Intraoral scan data in “STL” tab. From the “STL” tab, click on “Order report”, select the relevant CBCT from the list, customize the superimposition options, and wait for the report to be completed. To export the results of the superimposition, click on the ellipsis to the right of the report and select the “download” option. Average report generation time is 5 minutes.
How do I order cephalometric analysis with measurements*?
Cephalometric analysis is an integral part of the Orthodontic CBCT Report. To access reports inclusive of this analysis as well as the essential sections for orthodontic treatment planning, connect the corresponding module to your primary subscription. *Not available in all countries
What are Diagnocat's recommended system and internet speed requirements?
An internet connection with a speed of 50 Mb/s. The latest version of Google Chrome. A device with Windows or Mac OS. We recommend a device with a screen of at least 10 inches, a resolution of at least 1024×768 pixels, and with enough memory and processing power to render 3D images.

How do I upload CBCT, Panoramic and Intraoral X-ray images?
Log in to your personal account. Create a new patient card or select an existing one from the list. Go to the section with the desired type of study: CBCT, Panoramic X-ray, Intraoral X-ray, STL, Dental photo* and Documents*. Click on the “Upload Study” button and select the file. Upload the image file in .dcm, .jpg, .png, .tiff or ZIP format. You can drag the study into the download window or click on the “Select File” button. Wait for Diagnocat to process your study. Uploading speed depends on your internet connection. After the study is uploaded, you will be able to generate AI reports. *Relevant only for Diagnocat “Collaboration tool” users.
Is it possible to upload a scan from a spiral tomograph (MSCT)?
Multi-Slice Spiral Computed Tomography in *.dcm format of maxillofacial region can be uploaded to Diagnocat. However, please note that the AI is trained on CBCT and it is not recommended to interpret the results of an MSCT analysis.
Can I upload CBCT and X-ray images archived in *.zip?
Diagnocat supports uploading files archived in *.zip. Though, the archived medical images must be formatted in either .dcm, .jpg, .png, or .tiff.

My study failed to load properly.
There are several reasons why an image may not load. Here are some of the most common:
1. Your file does not match the format supported by Diagnocat. Required formats for CT: .dcm/dicom. For FMX and Pano: .png, .jpeg, .tiff.
2. Check the Internet speed using speedtest.net. We recommend a speed of at least 30 Mb/s.

Does the Desktop App need to always be running?
Yes. The Diagnocat Desktop App needs to be running at all times to enable the automatic upload of files from your imaging software into Diagnocat.
Can the AI detect neoplasms?
Diagnocat conducts screenings of the maxillary sinuses, upper, and lower jaws for signs of inflammatory processes and neoplasms. Any abnormalities are then identified and highlighted. This feature aims to direct the doctor’s attention but it serves only as a recommendation, as radiological methods alone cannot definitively screen these formations. Specialist consultation and further examinations are necessary for an accurate diagnosis.
What should I do if I detect a pathology that the AI overlooked?
Diagnocat detects more than 65 dental conditions on CBCT scans and more than 25 on Panoramic and Intraoral radiographs with high accuracy. However, there might be occasions where a correction in diagnosis is necessary. This can occur due to factors like low image resolution, motion artifacts, metal interference, or when the condition is not figured on the detectable findings list. Feel free to modify the report by adding or removing radiologic conditions; your feedback in resolving these diagnostic errors is an asset in the continuous improvement of our AI.
How to do segmentation with CT?
Open the patient card, and select the “CBCT” tab Select the CT that you wish to segment. Then click on the “Order report” button on the bottom right of the page. In the prompted window, select “STL” as the report type, and within a few a few minutes, the report will be available for viewing.
How do I change a tooth number?
Open the desired report. Click on “Edit teeth numbers”, which is located in a green box above the Tooth Chart. Select the desired tooth and assign it a new number. *Please note that you cannot have two teeth with the same number.
